I must say, I almost look forward to these big events just to see what "grand" ideas celebrities come up with next. I've always wondered if they pick what their wearing & how their hair & makeup are going to be done; or if someone picks all that for them? I'm all for new ideas and being creative, but wow, some of the looks people try to pull off, well, I just wonder ha! I do love how they take a look from the runway and re-create it for the red carpet.


This year the trend that I saw was green eye shadow, false eyelashes and nude lips. If this is what the spring look is set to be, I LOVE it! Almost a tribute to the 70s makeup style!

I did a wedding for one of my friends back in January; I did the brides makeup, her 3 bridesmaids and her mother. 

Color!

This past Saturday I got to do a colorful eye makeup look! It was a lot of fun, and came out really good! My favorite photographer did an awesome shoot with me, and it only took 30 min of shooting to get some great shots.

Eye: MAC eye shadow in Electric Eel, Stars N Rockets, Fig 1, Chrome Yellow, White Frost,  and Pink. Cover Girl eye shadow in Lime Green. Urban Decay eye liner in Zero. Smashbox Hyperlash Mascara in Blackout.
Lip: Marykay lipgloss in Starry. MAC Eye Pigment in Violet.

Day 5: Under Master Bathroom Sink

What a disaster!! Since we were snowed in today (and yesterday), I went into cleaning & organizing mode! After cleaning out the drawers & under the sink, I added some buckets, Big Lots $3. I also threw out a BUNCH of stuff that has been sitting under there for 3 years!
