Big Freeze 5k

A friend of mine encouraged me to join her on her very first 5k this morning, so I went! I warned her I hadn't done any running since Oct....so she could run her pace if need be. BUT we actually stayed together the entire race! With the help of a buddy, I made the 5k in 40:34!!
